It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary.

It is also your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances well in advance. Our platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. While we may be able to label items containing possible allergens ahead of time on request, there is a risk of cross-contamination.

We have met all the current requirements (Food Safety and Hygeine for Catering Level 2: 5131562793899) for handling food and providing our catering services.

All food should be consumed within 6 hours of delivery to guarantee freshness of the food.

We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow date changes if notified in advance and if date is available. For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited. 

Any items lost or damaged for reasons not attributable to Cheese & Chai will incur a charge at retail value.

Taking leftovers home from our event:

Thank you for choosing us to provide food today. We follow high standards to ensure our food is safe for everyone to eat however, we have been advised that whilst it is customary to take or give the leftover food; there may be a food safety risk which may lead to food poisoning especially as the food can be left out of temperature control we have finished our service.

If you choose to take or give the food to your guest who subsequently has food poisoning, we cannot take responsibility for this.
