How it works

For enquiries, please contact us here

To make an enquiry, please contact us via direct message on Instagram or email and allow us time to reply within 3-5 days. Please note we are a small business and orders are subject to availability. Our products are made to order. To secure your confirmed order, we require full payment for platters and boxes. For grazing tables we require a 50% deposit. We do not hold dates as we work on a first come, first served policy.

Please note down date and set up time, location and how many people to serve.

No, unfortunately we don’t due to hygienic reasons and safety of the food.

Our products are made to order. We request at least 2-3 days notice for platters/boxes and 5 days for set ups, even though we recommend to book months in advance as we may not be able to fulfill all types of orders and availability is subjected to pre-booked days.

To secure your confirmed order, we require full payment for platters and boxes. For grazing tables we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the set up.

50% of the total amount is non-refundable if cancelled.

Please let us know if you or any of your guests have dietary requirements or allergies; we will cater accordingly. 

If in Birmingham, set up can be kept up to 6 hours, however if outside Birmingham the maximum time is 3 hours.

A suitable table(s) must be provided at the event location as well as white table cloths.

However, we can provide 2 tables for £20 extra if no tables can be arranged.

We use 1-3 hours to set up depending on the amount of people to cater for, size and requirements of your grazing table. Please allow approximately 1 hour to tidy, clean and clear. 

We do not supply plates, cutlery & napkins.

We use 100% halaal and HMC approved meat.

Our catering is self-service only.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any damages/broken items and must pay the replacement of any damage goods.
